Return-To-Sports Assessment
A return-to-sport assessment is a comprehensive evaluation of range of motion, strength, balance, motor control, and sport-specific testing to determine appropriateness to return to sport after an injury. A typical RTS lasts 1.5 hours and provides an in-depth objective analysis of an athlete’s strengths and weaknesses as well as their risk for re-injury. The therapist is available to create a plan based upon the results to facilitate safe and appropriate return to sport.
