Maryellen Devic, M.S, CCC-SLP

Maryellen grew up in Buffalo, New York. She specializes in evaluating and treating swallowing disorders, cognitive-communication impairments, aphasia, dementia, other neurological conditions, total laryngectomy, and treatment and management of swallowing dysfunction in individuals undergoing treatment for head and neck cancer.

She is competent in FEES (fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing) and MBSS (modified barium swallow studies.) She loves to continue her learning and growth as a clinician.

Maryellen is passionate about advocating for her patients and providing thorough education. When she is not at work, Maryellen enjoys playing golf, volleyball, hiking, and being outdoors.

B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the College of Saint Rose, Albany NY

M.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from SUNY Fredonia
