Kate Wienman, Director of Rehabilitation M.A., CCC-SLP

Originally from the Midwest, Kate moved to Jackson in 2016, joining the SJH and Teton PT and Rehab family. When not working, you will likely see Kate enjoying the outdoors with her husband (Joe), sons (Tad and Finn) and pups (Tags and Bivvy)!

Kate specializes in cognitive skills therapy for people with brain injuries, concussions, strokes, chemotherapy-induced cognitive impairment (aka “chemo brain”), mild cognitive impairment, dementia, and other neurological conditions. She also treats swallowing disorders, pediatric feeding, and aphasia.

As an SLP, she works with patients in a variety of settings with varied disorders, ages, and backgrounds. As a therapist, her best days are also her patients’ best days!

Education: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Indiana University in 2011.
