Cara Sengebush, PT, DPT (IRF Team Lead)

Cara is a New Jersey native who moved to Jackson in 2013. Cara is a recreational skier, biker, trail runner, and open water swimmer.  On her time off, she enjoys traveling and spending time near the ocean.
