Alexandra Stone, MS, OTR/L

Alex grew up in Kennesaw, Georgia. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and went on to earn her Masters of Occupational Therapy. During graduate school, Alex gained experience through her clinical rotations in outpatient pediatrics and in the acute care setting of an inner-city level 1 trauma center in Atlanta. Alex started her OT career working in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital where she specialized in physical rehabilitation for ventilator and trach-dependent patients. She also worked as an OT in the pediatric acute care setting at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta treating children ages 6 months – 21 years in the Cardiac ICU, pediatric ICU, and general ortho/neuro units. Alex is passionate about providing quality care for her patients and enjoys working with both children and adults. Alex has always held a passion for the outdoors as well as working with children with developmental disabilities to provide them with opportunities to experience all nature has to offer.
