Amanda Berthiaume, Rehab Tech

Amanda grew up in Michigan and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science from Michigan State University. After college she worked with many amazing animals, some of her favorites have been a Desert Eagle Owl, Prehensile-Tailed Porcupine, and Penguins. She has lots of experience bathing dogs and raised a black lab for a guide school during her last year of college, which was career changed during COVID and officially brought him home to stay.

In 2023, she started showing her Samoyed and is currently working towards his AKC Grand Championship. She moved to Wyoming late 2024 where her boyfriend is a fly fishing guide. She met him at her first internship where they worked at a raptor center. Shortly after moving, she became interested in horse therapy and thought a therapy tech would be a great first step. Growing up she has always been around therapy to some degree, as both of her parents are Occupational Therapists.
